First conducting an exploratory session with senior leaders to scope interest, qualify attendee counts and identify specific areas of focus,
Second to send a ten minute survey to attendees that indicates level of AI expertise, experience with major AI applications and solicits “wish list” of what they would value most from learning AI techniques
Third, to prepare a pre-session instruction email that requests attendees download and register for models used in training
Fourth, to create a customized PowerPoint deck providing background and step by step instructions that guide participants through the examples and hands-on exercises
Fifth, to conduct the in-person training session delivered by a certified AI instructor who will present material and work alongside students as they learn to command AI to meet their task and responsibility needs

In a fast paced 4 hours attendees learn how to master foundational model capabilities. Covering ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and CoPilot. A pre-session survey informs the hands-on practice exercises to align with team member roles and responsibilities

Building on the half day format, this session, either a continuance or a separate session covers more advanced model capabilities. Participants learn how to customize applications to align with the needs, use innovation capabilities to generate new ideas and build first order agentic systems
